HV-256 IC測試機係針對邏輯或混合訊號IC之測試需要而設計,可透過USB 2.0和PC連結,在優異的測試軟體環境ITE(Integrated Test Environment)下,提供工程開發、量產測試失敗分析及良率改善等功能。
本機支援TTL、GPIB、RS232等通訊介面,可與坊間元件分類機(如HI-LO HL-930等)或晶圓針測機(如 TSK Prober)連結,可對高達16個待測元件同時進行測試量產。
HV-256 IC測試機可進行DC、AC及功能性測試。256個測試通道可提供電壓表、電壓/電流檢測、恆壓、恆流源流出/流入、上拉/下拉電阻、主動負載、時間參數測量、並內建任意波形產生器及波形量化器等強大功能,媲美傳統ATE,提供高規格性價比。機台體積精簡,能因應待測IC特定需求,深具客製化之彈性。
