LCR－800系列是一款应用于零组件/材料测量的LCR测试仪，可用于研发和生产线等多种不同的应用场合。240x128大型点阵LCD可同时显示两组测量参数，而且使用者还可看到所有的测试条件。测量参数的组合，采用最佳的观测需求，像R/Q、C/D、C/R和L/Q；LCR－821还具有更精确的阻抗测量模式，可以同时测量阻抗值和相位角。100组测量条件设置记忆体使得LCR-800系列满足多种测试环境和场合。通过RS-232接口的PC软件(LCR-viewer)，可以让使用者通过PC的控制下,快速及便利的截取并储存量测的资料。Handler接口是LCR-826/827/829的标配接口。
