FZ-8轴承（聚甲醛加强轴套）是以优质钢基轴套内壁烧烧结球形锡青铜粉末后再轧制改性聚甲醛（POM），三层结构互相渗透使得结合紧密，耐磨并且晒热快，POM则具有大部分塑料不具备的优越性能，耐冲击、耐低温、耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀、自身润滑、吸收冲击能。

钢套基体相对于铜基相比能大幅降低材料成本。

它具有以下特性：

1. 承载好，摩擦系数小，具有超强的耐磨性能适用于重载低速下的旋转、摇摆运动及中速轻载下的旋转、往复运动等方式及经常在载荷下启闭频繁而不易形成流体动力润滑的场合。

2. 相比一般滑动轴承，该产品具有以下显著优点：超耐磨、摩擦系数低、使用寿命长，性价比极高。

3. 在边界润滑条件下可长期不加油保养，而在过层中加油使轴承、滑块具备超长的使用寿命。

FZ8 POM Composite Material Bushing with High-strength.Steel Matrix is composed of four parts including surface layer of plastics (modified polyformaldehyde), spherical bronze powder and steel matrix.
Spherical bronze powder is combined, as the intermediate layer of surface plastics and steel matrix, firmly with steel matrix by sintering. One half of bronze wire coiling is in the surface layer of plastics. The surface plastics are is infiltrated intothe gaps in spherical bronze powder.
