灭菌流程：

1.干燥：将冻干机的冻干腔室(前室)和冷凝室(后室)通过加热、抽真空进行干燥。

2.抽真空：将冻干机冻干腔室(前室)和冷凝室(后室)抽真空，以利于过氧化氢气体注入，保证灭菌阶段时过氧化氢气体的均匀分布。

3.灭菌：向冻干机腔室内注入过氧化氢气体，达到特定值并保持一段时间(注：根据需要，在灭菌阶段可多次抽真空和注入过氧化氢气体)。

4.排残：灭菌结束后通过多次抽真空和放空，降低汽化过氧化氢浓度，直到残留达到安全指标。
