用語の説明

●最大流量

クライオポンプが連続排気をしている状態で15Kクライオパネルの温度が20Kに達する最大の気体流量。

●排気容量

アルゴン：15Kクライオパネルに凝縮したアルゴンが80Kシールド、80Kバッフルのどちらかに接触し、それ以上排気できなくなったとき、それまでに排気したアルゴンの量。

水素：水素の排気速度が初期排気速度の80％に低下したとき、それまでに吸収剤に吸着した水素の量。

●冷却降下時間

クライオポンプを40Paまで粗引して起動させ、15Kクライオパネルが20Kになるまで冷却するのに要する時間。

Terms

· Maximum throughput

Upper limit of the gas through-put at which the temperature of the 15 K cryopanel increases to 20 K when the cryopump is pumping continuously.

· Pumping capacity

Argon: quant i ty pumped by condensation on the 15 K cry-opanel unt i l the condensed layer makes contact to the 80 K shield or  80 K baffle and the

cryopump any more argon. Hydrogen: The hydrogen quan-tity pumped by absorption on

the absorbent until the pumping speed for hydrogen is reduced

to 80 % of its initial speed.

· Cooling down time

The cooling down time until the 15 K cryopanel cools down to 20 K when the cryopump is started from the rough pressure of 40 Pa (0.3 Torr).
