罐底耐压检测仪 CBT-100

Canneed “CBT-100罐底耐压检测仪Buckle Tester Bottom forCan” 用于检测罐底开始变形前的所能承受的最大压力值。适合测量缩颈罐和直身罐。此检测仪能检测不同直径和高度的罐体。

将空罐放在固定夹具上，盖上有机玻璃盖，加压，压力上升至0.5Mpa(压力大小可根据实际情况设定)，压力的上升速度可以在检测仪上设定。罐底变形测试终止，屏幕显示最大压力值。

The “Canneed CBT-100 Buckle TesterBottom for Cans” determines the exact pressure at which the canbottom begins to buckle respectively the dome reverses.

The empty flanged can or straightwall can is placed in the holder. After covering the device with aplexiglass hood pressure is applied. The can is sealed with arubber o-ring structure. Fast pressure increase up to 5 bar(programmable to just bellow the expected buckle value), from therethe „speed of pressure increase“ may be set within the device. Thetest is terminated as soon as the can buckles. The maximum pressurevalue is shown in the display.

Any can of varying diameter andheight may be tested: inserts are available that can be exchangedwithin seconds.
