本系列试剂盒是根据国家农业部 sn/t1204-2003 标准设计生产的试剂盒，是农业部规定的转基因检测结果最终判定的重要依据。
本系列试剂盒采用实时荧光定量 pcr 技术，实时荧光定量 pcr 是指在 pcr 反应体系中加入荧光基团，利用荧光信号积累实时监测整个 pcr 进程，定量检测的结果由于有三条特异的核酸与模板配对，特异性高，保证结果的可靠性。
目前主要有三类产品，分别可以用来检测 lectin，camv-35s，cp4-epsps 。
