皮革/胶水黏合力测试仪 (Test for adhesion of finish) ISO11644
一、设备内容: 电脑式拉力机, 测量范围200Kg,和3 毫米厚硬PVC板,Tensile machine, range 200 Kg, and 3 mm thick hard PVC sheet
二、皮革/胶水黏合力测试仪,皮革/胶水黏合力试验机,拉力试验机說明:測試皮革和其他物件的黏著使用的膠水或車縫線的黏著力
 
 三、皮革/胶水黏合力测试仪,皮革/胶水黏合力试验机,拉力试验机測試目的：本测試是用以量度皮革与制品或皮革与皮革之间的黏合力。
         Scope of test:
         This test specifies a method for measuring the adhesion of the finish to the leather or the adhesion between two adjacent layers of the finish.
 
          Adhesion: The force required to pull the leather away from its surface finish layer, the force being applied
steadily at an angle about 90 degree to a rigid adherend -plate to which the finished side of the leather
has been bonded.
          黏合力: 指的是将皮革扯离跟它贴合的表面, 这个力的施加方向是测试件跟一块硬质的胶片成90度角的稳定拉向力,使之脱离.
          Procedure:/ 程序
        1)      Separation speed set to 100 mm / min ± 5 mm/ min., measuring range = around 30 ~ 35 mm.
分离速度 =  100 mm / min ± 5 mm/ min.,量度范圍30 ~ 35 mm.
         2)      Adhesion plate : hard PVC 3 mm x 20 mm x 70 mm, which the leather specimen is bonded.
黏合板 : 硬质PVC板, 3 mm x 20 mm x 70 mm,皮革样貼合其上。
         3)      Leather specimen : 10 mm x 100 mm cut with a cutter at one stroke, punch a 2~ 3 mm hole on it
皮革样办: 10 mm x 100 mm, 在两端冲2~3 mm 孔用於挂钩在連接钢线上。
