　　YD-21全自动植物油脂烟点测试仪既可以在主机上显示瞬时温度、升温速度、烟点温度等数值，又可以在计算机内储存、显示、打印，是依据国家标准GB/T20795-2006《植物油脂烟点测定》第4条“第一法自动测定仪方法”研制的用于测定植物油脂烟点的专用仪器。仪器采用整体式结构，全微电脑自动控制，LED数显。该型含系统控制软件、计算机接口，可在计算机上全程记录和显示测定过程和结果。

三、工作原理

　　样品被快速加热到150℃后以5～6℃/min升温速均速升温，在升温过程中产生的初次连续蓝烟进入光电烟雾检测器后，对检测器发出的光线产生特征反应，使检测器产生响应，进而测得准确的烟点。
