该仪器是进行光谱快速测量与分析的专业仪器。它不仅可以得到光源的光谱辐照度和光谱的峰值波长，进而给出相应的色坐标、主波长、色纯度、色温度、光亮度（或光照度）等主要光度和色度量，而且选用相应附件后，还可以测量物体的光谱反射率、透射率，进而获得相应物体色的色度量。系统不但可以对稳恒光进行测量，也可对脉冲光进行测量。

It can not only get the light source spectral irradiance and spectral peak wavelength, then gives the corresponding color coordinate, the main wavelength, color purity, color temperature, luminance ( or illuminance ) and other major luminosity and color measurement, and selects the corresponding accessories, can also measure the object spectral reflectance, transmittance, and obtain the corresponding object color measurement. The system can not only on the stability constant measurement, can also be used to measure pulse light.
